Kairos Wilderness Adventure Therapy is a premiere Young Adult program for struggling and troubled young men and women ages 18 - 29.

Kairos is one of three separate, licensed programs owned and operated by the Aspiro Group of Programs.

Kairos utilizes the entire State of Utah for their therapeutic expeditions. 

Kairos is dedicated to helping struggling and troubled young adults and their families make lasting, life-long changes in a compassionate, engaging, and safe environment. 

We help young adults ages 18 - 29 with many of the issues they struggle with today, including some of the most common:

ADHD, anger management, depression, family relationships, fear of failure, impulse control, peer pressure, self-esteem, substance abuse, oppositional defiance, grief/loss issues and communication.
